[Workshop] Parents and Children Mindfulness Practice

August – 4, 11, 18, 25

This summer camp is designed for parents and children to bond over mindfulness practice. Setting aside time to connect meaningfully is a cornerstone of building a solid relationship. With our children, we can enrich this time together simply through games, music and by playing together.

It is a series of four sessions. Each session has a theme and the facilitator will introduce the students some mindfulness practice (including, breath work, body scan, expression of gratitude) in light of the chosen theme.

To deepen each session’s practice, the facilitator will incorporate other tools and approaches like Tibetan singing bowls, Gong and other sound instruments.

By end of the month-long summer camp, the parent and child will have enjoyed the quality time together and will continue creating the same experiences for each other after the summer camp.
